Absolutely phenomenal

This hotel was beautiful, from the moment we walked in the lobby. The staff is unbelievably friendly, and the restaurant is to-die for. Absolutely amazing service, the food is fresh and delicious, and we feel so welcomed here. Live music at the restaurant was a nice treat, and our room was very comfortable. The price alone was worth the trip.

Disappointing

I stayed here for 2 weeks on business. We’d booked three rooms and it was evident from the start that my room was not the same as the other 2, despite being billed as a junior suite with sofa (no sofa). My room was on the 3 floor and at the very back of the hotel, with windows facing on to the construction site building the new hotel annex. The window was covered with plastic, allowing no light in and if I opened it inwards, apart from the building noise, the plastic was on the outside so no advantage light wise. My bath room was fine, good hot shower and always kept perfectly clean by housekeeping. The room was also over the conference rooms so I had a number of nights where I was woken by chairs being dragged around as the rooms were reconfigured. The noise from the music in the restaurant was pretty loud and late too especially on the public holiday Friday I was there. I needed to work and the room just wasn’t up to it. We ate in the restaurant every day for breakfast and it was really good, lots of choices and regularly replenished. Dinner was a different thing though and we all found it very expensive for what it was. That said, it was extremely popular over the weekends, full with locals. There is secure guarded parking at the rear of the hotel. My colleagues had nicer rooms at the front of the hotel overlooking the road, guess I just lucked out this time. If we get back here, I’ll be insisting on a different room!

Great Find in Vinnytsia!

I was here for 5 nights for work. Had a large suite that resembled an apartment more than a hotel. Bed was very comfortable, as was the temperature of the room. Everyone at reception was friendly and helpful. Resto-bar was very nice, and 1 night, there was a live band that was amazing! 9Ok, they were U.S. pop/rock, so I could be biased!)

The best hotel in Vinnytsia

We spent in this hotel 1 night only, but I think this is the best hotel in this town. Why? Because, it was the most expensive. 4 stars and €60 for the superior room. There was nothing special, but everything was OK. We arrived before the lunch, but we did not got our rooms before the 2 p.m. We went to restaurant for breakfast and explained that we will have not enough time for breakfast on the next morning (train at 6:20 a.m.), but without success: we had to pay €5 for this breakfast. On the next morning we got the dish packs and they were shameful. So don't hope to feel famous Ukrainian hospitality in this hotel. We also had lunch and dinner in the same restaurant. Dishes were more-less and they have live music there. Unfortunately both: a lady playing piano and a lady playing violin were both with slave faces, without any positive emotion.

A Commendable Place to Stay

To give the credit to all fellow reviewers with high fives for this hotel in the very heart of Vinnytsia, mine is the confirmation of (a) the European hospitality service, (b) yummy breakfast, (c) the reception’s mission to accommodate guests’ routine and not so requests, (d) a proximity to all landmarks in the city and (e) a creative solution to parking. A caboodle of rooms on the 4th floor and non-existent 5th where you lose yourself in the labyrinth of stairs (but with proper signs) and not always one million UAH vistas from windows are marginal notes and do not change the overall great impression of France in the center of Vinnytsia

The hotel is located on the main avenue of Vinnitsa + private parking of the hotel. Large rooms, clean and equipped with ... Staff are polite, smoking corners are arranged on the floors. Best hotel in town, spot!

Basic Comforts

I was here on business and spent two nights at this hotel. Hotel The outside of the hotel gives the appearance of a high end hotel. Marble floors throughout, older but tasteful carpeting, and well presented lobby. One major issue with this hotel is when you take the elevator to your floor, you are greeted with confusing directions to your room, this coupled with having to use stairs up and down in order to get to your room is very odd and inconvenient. I was ok with my suitcase; however, I had to help an older couple getting their bags up the stairs to their room. Room The rooms are small, but very clean. The closet to hang your clothes is a small corner unit that does not hold to many items. There is a desk and chair to use, but the chair is not one that can be used for to long if you have computer work to do. The bed is comfortable and had pretty good sleep each night. The shower was large and everything was very clean. Besides the small wall mounted TV, they could use some art work on the walls, as it has a very sterile feeling. The air conditioner works very good, but had to call the front desk to bring me an iron and ironing board. One big plus is the ironing board is full size and the iron uses water. Check in and Check out The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional, and spoke very good English, which is very helpful for me. The hotel is well situated and has many stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall this is a good hotel and would stay here again Rooms

Best of everything -- location, service, quality

I splurged and got the large room with a balcony -- great bed, large room and bathroom, balcony over the street with Beatles music coming in the window. But probably not necessary....breakfast buffet very tasty, great location near everything in the historical center, friendly fun staff who were very helpful and spoke English, their own parking was full, but they reimburse for parking in the mall next door (which was less than USD 6 for 24 hrs. I hope to visit again.

nice hotel in the center of the city - european standard

One of the best hotels I've seen in Vinnitsa so far (and I'm travelling in Ukraine since 7 years). If one is used to good hotels in western Europe - than this one will make you happy as well. Located in the center of the city, next to the water tower. So perfect for a walk throught the city. One big plus: the team can talk English - thats not found everywhere The dinner in the restaurant has been really superb. Parking is directly behind the building. Next time in Vinnitsa we will for sure check in there.

Very much enjoyed my stay in this hotel. everything important is in a walking distance, the staff was great. check in process went smoothly. the only thing i would have liked to know in advance, is that my room (418) will have a view of other hotel windows..
