Cozy accommodation in the center of the city

Nice, new building located close to the city center Quiet area, tucked away from the major traffic Parking next to the building The rooms are comfortable, with new furnishings and all basic necessities Clean beds and bathroom Air conditioner for heating / cooling + a central heating radiator A 24/7 staffed hotel style apartment building Great value overall

Nice new apartments in the city center

Me and my husband stayed for 5 days in this nice place and our stay was just perfect. Smart Apart is a perfect combination of hotel (with reception and everyday cleaning) and appartment with kitchen (no need to go out to eat every time you need it). The location is good, just 5 mins of walk from the city centre, shopping mall and restaurants (actually there is also one good restaurant of giorgian food just 2 steps away). Our apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable (everything is right where you need it, from electric outlets to drawers in the bathroom) and very warm (we stayed in the Tshirts in the end of December). The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. But the best of this place is friendly and gentle staff, always willing to help. All our requests were immediately satisfied and we were always welcomed with a smile. When we come back to Vinnitsa, we will defenitelly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Goodd place-center within walking distance (5- 7 minutes). Comfortable clean room with equipped kitchen. Quiet place, car parking. Friendly personnel. Reasonable room price. Some inconvenience - no lift.
