We invite you to spend your summer vacation in the Mini-boarding house "Nicole"! A brand new mini-boarding house "Nicole" is waiting for guests to rest on the Black Sea in the village. Primorskoe (Bolshevik)! We have a convenient location to the sea - just 7 minutes walk. A good balance of privacy and comfort, as our mini-boarding house has only 17 rooms. We offer comfortable 2, 3, and 4-bed rooms with all conveniences. We have opened new spacious rooms with terraces in the new building. All rooms are equipped with really new furniture, orthopedic mattresses, refrigerator, satellite TV and air conditioning. For our guests, we provide new bed linen only from natural fabrics. Hot and cold water around the clock. There is a possibility of booking the first floor, in which case you will have at your disposal two 3-bed rooms, a toilet, a shower, a kitchen and a large terrace, everything you need for a good rest! In the courtyard, there is a common large kitchen for self-catering with all the necessary utensils and cutlery. For kebab lovers there is a barbecue. Dear vacationers, the use of a multicooker in the rooms is prohibited! We are quiet and calm, and there are no noisy neighbors nearby. Come to us for recovery with the sea steppe air!
