We came in September for work. I liked everything, the service is top notch. Keep it up! I would like to note that I really liked the room in beige and gold tones, and the breakfasts !!!! These cheesecakes are just a fairy tale.

Average stay in the city center

The location of the property is very good within a few minutes of walking distance to the city center. The room is nice, furniture is modern. We had missing room amenities, but hotel stuff provided them on request. We had cockroaches in our room. Also, despite our windows weren't at roadside it was pretty noisy during the night because of cars with loud exhaust.

Amazing hotel

Second time here, this place is wonderful, love their guest service and cleanness.. definitely coming back. Right in the heart of the downtown Odessa, close to all shoppings and beautiful restaurants.

Nice location -7 minutes to the city center and 25 minutes to the Sea (walk) Good communication - quick answers of staff to all questions and solutions to situations Hotel rooms - clean, calm, everything worked I recommend to visit

Clean, Well Located Hotel With Helpful Staff

This is a clean, but simply laid out hotel that, despite being in the city centre, was quiet and safe. The front staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes walk from the main railway station and 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city centre. Lots of restaurants, cafes and 24/7 within easy walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice, Clean and Kind

I really advise this hotel to all the travellers. In the city center, all the staff with smiling faces and hospitality and kind behaviour. Clean rooms. Good design, deserves it's name. Some of the rooms have kitchen staff. Very minor recommendation; they can put some coffee or tea bags to rooms, at night after coming back from cold weather, it's good to drink something hot. Besides all were ok.

A lovely boutique hotel

We stayed here for four nights and thought it was a lovely hotel. The staff were all polite and friendly, with good English spoken. We did have a small confusion when we checked-in over the cost of our rooms and the type of rooms we had ordered, but the young lady who checked us in was very apologetic and wouldn’t take any payment until her manager was back and could help, but she still let us go to our rooms first and settle in. The hotel has been finished to a very high standard, although the views from the lower floors would be far from spectacular. We were on the fourth floor and could just see the sea and a few rooftops. Of course, if you want to spend time in your room, you’d be best off booking the penthouse, which looks great! We didn’t spend much time in our room, but when we did I was comfortable. One morning I could hear the person next-door showering and occasionally the pigeons would make a noise walking outside our window, but apart from that we weren’t disturbed by other guests or corridor noise. It was a shame that the bottled water was only in the rooms on the first day, especially as the advice I had read was that you shouldn’t drink the tap water in Ukraine. Maybe that isn’t the case in Odessa, but I wasn’t willing to take the risk. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, although it did look good, but we did take advantage of the free shuttle to Arcadia beach and on both mornings we used it was a private taxi. Very good. You have to get back from the beach by yourself, but there are plenty of Ubers available at a cost of around 300UAH (when leaving the beach around peak time of 6.30pm). Odessa is a lovely city, with lots to see and do. The Uno is well located, not far from the Opera House and if you are visiting the city for culture (rather than to spend time at the beach), then it is a very good hotel to chose. We would be very happy to return.

Great Hotel Great location

We stayed at this hotel for a week. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located in Odessa. It is very close to the Opera Building, a 4 minute walk. Close to the market, membrane for entertainment, close to the beach, and all within walking distance. clean rooms. The service is excellent. The staff at reception are very professional and kind, always ready to help with anything. At the same time, when we asked for check-in (and extended check-out) at two-three, we were called to peace for a large amount that makes no sense and is unlikely. This is a service that the hotel should give its customers even free if the rooms are available. Or charge only a nominal amount. In summary, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. We loved it and we highly recommend it.
