Short summer prolongation trip

I stayed in this place more than two years ago. Nothing has changed. The place looks still as tidy as two years ago, the staff is super friendly and the food is simply first class. Make sure you book a room with view to the sea and enjoy the sun rise (even if you have to get up early). In less than 10 minutes you reach the beach and in 30 minutes you are downtown. One of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Pool Grossly overpriced. Charging 5 year old with adult rate. Unfriendly receptionist. Quite small pool area, although nice view. No shade. On a hot day will feel like frying pan. On a positive side not crowded, comparing to other pools and beaches.

Stayed 5 nights. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. English spoken throughout. Not one negative thing to report. Top notch. Attentive and pleasant staff. Restaurant also excellent. Cannot wait to return.

Nice hotel with all the proper amenities. Easy check in. View of the Black Sea out my window and terrace. A little tough to find and access for taxi, but most know where it is located. By far my best stay in Odessa so far.

Nice clean hotel

We stayed here at the end of the summer season. So the hotel was very quiet. Some days we were the only people around the pool. The rooms were very large, everything that you needed from toiletries to slippers and dressing gowns. The breakfast was lovely with a very large selection of different foods. We didn't eat in the restaurant any other times because we thought it was a little bit pricey compared to local good quality restaurants. The hotel is placed at the end of a dead end road, which makes it about a 20/25 minute walk to the beach but if you use the gate that is beside the jacuzzi then the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Nice clean hotel.

The hotel is very low level, the staff is humiliating and dismissive. Not really a 5 star hotel, not even 2. The pictures and reality really don't fit. Dormitory rooms, no tasty restaurant. Don’t go!!!

Nice hotel, good breakfast. Rooms are too little but yet confortable. Far from the beach. If you want to walk it is far from everywhere located in.a dead end road. Even taxis delay to come. There are few nice restaurants in walking distance.

A Very Good Hotel

On our 16 country tour, the Panorama De Luxe Hotel rates a 4 even though we were staying in the Presidential Suite. It is a very clean hotel. The front staff is very friendly and always presents a warm greeting and a smile. They will assist you if you need something during your stay. The room had a balcony and a fabulous view of the Black Sea. The weather was cloudy and rainy so we could not utilize the balcony. The suite had a sitting area with comfortable seating and a small table with 2 chairs. The bathroom had a shower with a leaky seal on the bottom of the door that kept leaking out on to floor in the bathroom. The toilet seat needed the seat tightened. The hair dryer switch did not work. Some maintenance issues to resolve. The towels in the bathroom are a shade of gray and are rough feeling. The room is the 1960s psychedelic look that needs updating. The hot tub is difficult to get in and out of and is located next to the bed. Has a pool but not on the beach. Would not return.

I was in the hotel in a standard room. The room is large and luxurious. Excellent luxurious bed. Very good breakfast. I gave a score of 4 and not 5 because of big ticks the hotel suffers from. There is a warning not to open the windows because of the ticks. On the last day I met two ticks in the bathroom and the lobby. Very repulsive and unpleasant.

Perfect location, cozy rooms, nice swimming pool area,beautiful girls at the front desk and much more good small things that make your living very comfortable at this location.Definitely going to stay there next time.
