Bad experience at the hotel

I have been reserved the hotel for my honey moon so i and my wife would have a good time but from the first it have been a bad experience for me first off all the staff is very slow and unprofessional ittakes place on the documentation they didn't gave me and the slow service they The room was at first look a nice and homey room but at second there was places that was unclean and passed by the bath items at bathroom was old heavy holding on place and old and it is very unpleasant also on the second day after the cleaning we found leaves of flowers under the bad we left and apparently the cleaning staff not cleaning under the bad also the mirror was not clean. The restuarant, was nice on the beginning but the evening dinner we had have done the last thing to take the sevice bad the menu we asked was not on to take also the meat we ordered was rare and not tasty like from the day before as an mushroom cream soup that was over heated and the taste was dissapeared , we also had two glasses of wine which was unclean and dirty to all of that the staff was on hurry and started to take off the maps from the tables what was makes the experience even more disappointing I don't recommend this place to couples at all.

An amazing cute hotel to stay in the heart of Odessa..extremely helpful and friendly staff..loved the place...would recommend anyone visiting odessa to stay here.. It is also close to all the tourist attractions and just a 10 minutes walk to the beach

The place with the fake excellent reviews!

This hotel is not about 4 stars, and I'm sure, that all of excellent reviews about this place on the Booking.com is fake! With my friends we booked 2 double rooms on 2 nights. We were paid for that, but in about 2 hours our booking was cancelled. Of course thereafter we don`t have an opportunity to write a review about lot of disadvantages of this hotel: bad air conditioning (we slept in the +28 degrees when the air conditioner has worked!), and the curtains were hanged bad, and photos on the website is not true! I realy hate when people are lying, especially when It`s service sector, couse I pay the money for that and I have the right to see what am I paying money for and to be sure that my vacation will goes well.

Only stayed for one night but found the room clean & bright. Staff spoke excellent English, service in the restaurant & bar was very good as was our meal. Also found the staff to be very polite & helpful, would stay again.

Weekend in Odessa

Hotel well located in a quiet area of the city center (maybe an area that’s too quiet, everything closes at around 10:00 pm). The staff is friendly and speaks English. Clean hotel and comfortable room. Television ?... to forget … old television with only Russian or Ukrainian channels. Good Wi-fi connection. In this hotel you have to walk pretty much, especially if you have your room on the fourth floor. In fact, this hotel don’t have an elevator. Overall I would say that this hotel is good or very good, also thanks to the beautiful terrace / courtyard very agreable and quiet.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they speak excellent English, even the night staff, It was 3AM when I arrived and was given a warm friendly welcome. The public areas and bedrooms are clean and tidy. Thinking about my stay, I cannot think of any negative to say about the hotel, or the city Highly recommended !

The room was just amazing. Good furnished, spacious, with big balcony - I could hear live romantic music concerts every evening. Still it had very good sound isolation. The food was very delicious and not very expensive. I strongly recommend it.

The worst place in Ukraine

I thin that two and a half stars of this hotel is fake. At firs they don’t have early check in and not very kindly ask you to leave the hotel. After few hours we returned back and even though we have booked the room in the morning we had to wait half an hour only to get the key. The room was awful. It was roof type room but if you are higher than 150 cm you have to crouwl in it. I our room was doors to other room. Thanks God it was locked, but we have heard EVERYTHING what our two very loud guys neighbors were doing and it was not sex noises it was everything walking, talking, farting, snoring, and additionally tree TV noises from others rooms. The feeling that you are living with those people. In the morning when we decided to leave this place, lady in reception sayd that we will get our money back. I have written the paper for this, but guess off course they have not done this, and I totally don’t believe that they do. Try to avoid this place.

THEY CHEAT ON CUSTOMERS!!

I booked the hotel on booking.com for one night.as regards the payment - it was clearly stated on booking.com - no prepayment needed. It wasn't stated anything about the possibility to block smth on the credit card by the hotel, before my arrival. Even though, they blocked the money (without my knowledge and/or approval) and also charged me in cash. I payed double! The money could be returned within 30 working days!!! And they did not do anything until I contacted them. And also cancelled my booking, on booking.com so that I can not write any guest review there! Ugly peoplle, do not go there!!!

Was here for a weekend and can say that its a good hotel and the staff are very helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good having a good selection. The coffee could be better.
