A friendly haven for quality comfort

I stayed at the London Hotel for 5 nights in May. It is across the street from the office where people get married. very comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast -- and a nice park behind the hotel. Fun little bar -- but the bar is decorated with French scenes, but it supposed to be a bar from Scotland. This is nuts. Overall -- a friendly staff, nicely hotel decor and good location. The price is very reasonable -- for the good experience.

The room was clean and modern. this small hotel is in a quiet and safe area 20 minutes walk to the centre of town. hotel has a small bar area where you can eat and drink at all times.There is alsoba nice restaurant on site. There is no spa but you can get a good foot massage at bali spa only 3 minutes around the corner. I would be happy to return to the London.

I stayed here for one night in a “suite” it was very dark and the air conditioner barely worked when it was +40c outside. The bathroom was horrible. Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel with shower curtains with fishes on them.

Excellent for a Business Stay or Tourism

Stayed here for a week on business. Excellent location for my work. All my appointments were in walking distance. The hotel was clean and my room modern. Wi-fi was excellent. I was able to exchange media files without any hassle. TV had no English stations so I was able to stream news and entertainment through my computer. Front of house staff were for the most part very helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was massive with a wide selection. More than kept me going until dinner time. My small complaint was the mattress was too soft and worn. Could have used something newer and firmer. Otherwise this is highly recommended.

Decent hotel with exeptional service. The bathroom was really damp - there was something wrong with the ventilation. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Location - 15 minute walk to the city center (fair street)

Nice hotel with kind and helpful staff and easy access a little distance from the nightlife of Deribasovskaya Street. Breakfast is excellent and staff speaks reasonably good English. Interior is 90s chique. Will consider to visit again.

Wow! What can I say bad about this hotel, not a thing. The bed was big and comfortable, there was plenty of food for breakfast, my room had a good view of the street below and the market across the street. The biggest plus of them all was the staff is the best! Victoria (all 3 of them) always had a smile and very friendly and helpful. I am planning another trip to Ukraine and will be going back to the London Hotel!

Great breakfasts, big, clean room with English TV channels, Kiev Post newspapers in English in the lobby, very friendly staff -- and a 24-hour Glasgow bar. 2 nice parks are across the street from hotel. Also -- big bed in my room.

We were staying for few nights in 4 suits. Very pleased with the rooms. The rooms were large. All interiors are new and clean. The downside is that the room window either looking into internal space or has paintings that do not allow you to see the street. The breakfast was good. Beside the buffet breakfast the staff propose you to order an eggs or an omelet and a cup of a good coffee. The checkout time was flexible and we kept one room for late checkout additional price. The location is 10-15 minutes walk from all major locations in the city. Very good especially if you come to visit during winter season when there is no beach activities. Bottom line - the hotel was more than I could expect in Odessa. Very recommended.

Amazing Hotel with Amazing and Fresh good

We had great vacation there, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the market and center.Rooms are very clean and the overall vibe in the hotel is so good that we always had a smile on our faces . Food is amazing and Fresh, mostly is home made and this was so good. We will return for sure, great value for money.
