Waiting for the breakfast more then 40 min

We’ve been waiting for a simple breakfast more then 40 min and stuff service and explanation was weak. Very disappointing. Usually in good hotels if such situation happen they offer some nice satisfaction or whatever, but in this hotel restaurant they just were sorry only after I asked it. Very poor restaurant service.

Confused hotel/restaurant/spa

I spent 3 nights at this small boutique hotel overlooking the Black Sea and the experience can be best described as “confusing”. Don’t get me wrong, individually, every part of this hotel is good. There is a huge restaurant that makes up almost the entire ground floor, there is what appears to be quite a good spa and fitness area and the rooms are above average. Problem is that I was not sure if this was a hotel with a restaurant and spa, or a restaurant with rooms and a spa or a spa with rooms and a restaurant.... Service levels were average, the hotel public areas are very impersonal and unfriendly, there is nowhere to relax other than in the restaurant. Overall at best average, I wont return.

Great little boutique hotel

This hotel is beautiful overlooking the Black Sea. I little out of the city center just about a mile to the Arcadia entertainment area. Room was spacious and kept beautifully. Spa and fitness areas were very adequate as well. The restaurant was very nice and food was very good. Breakfast was included with some very interesting choices. Only negative if you are a couple that the fitness and pool areas are separate for males and females. Great room.

A romantic stay without being together!

To our utmost surprise and disgust this hotel enforced rules that keep couples apart if they want to use the sauna, the pool or even the gym. This is mentioned in the small print, however, you can easily make a booking without noticing this. If a hotel is situated in Europe, it is more than fair to assume that this kind of Taliban rules does not apply. If they do, they must be given in CAPITAL LETTERS in the initial description of the hotel, not hidden in the small print. Also, the booking confirmation did not present this crucial information at all. The hotel staff said we should have been aware of these rules, idiotically referring to the hotels own home page without understanding that you can book a room there without ever visiting that home page, for example, by using hotels.com. Furthermore, if you do check their home page, you do not easily find any mention of this segregation rule from the dark ages. On the contrary, you find texts like this: “An unforgettable romantic adventure for those who are truly in love! You will relax in one of the best hotels on the Black Sea...”. So a romantic stay with your wife WITHOUT BEING TOGETHER?!! We stayed disappointed and angry for one night and checked out the next day. For this part our vacation was totally ruined and left us with anger and bitterness. The staff said no manager was available (in a five-star hotel??!) to deal with this issue. The staff was not even capable of giving a receipt at the checkout!! I asked to be contacted by the manager the next day when he was told to be available, but nobody from the hotel has made any contact with me so far. We were charged for all four nights despite the checkout after only one night in this horror establishment. The five stars also gives you the right to assume there is a manager present at all times and that there is the standard level of services available. In this hotel, there was no service. For example, what other five-star hotels do you have where you are not offered a receipt of your stay when checking out?

Very quiet hotel with comfortable bed, pool and hammam and good breakfast. The staff is very polite and nice. It is not a beachfront, but very close to the sea and any attraction as it is area of Arkadia, which is known as a famous resort.

we took teh biggest room (~80 sqm) this hotel had to offer. great location, staff , food . the hotel was very clean , everything was in place and the staff made his best so we will be satisfied. ill sure will come back again.

Nice hotel but no beach

Nice hotel but there is no beach directly on the property of the hotel. The rooms are perfect and large. Only disadvantage is that the fitness and swimming area in the hotel is seperated for women and men so you can't swim together with your partner or go to the hamman together.

Definitely the best hotel for short or long stay! This is our 4th visit. And I have no doubts that we will come again. The KADORR is warm, comfortable, with beautiful sea view from the room (panoramic windows), very clean, nice spa zone with a pool, friendly stuff, delicious and tasty breakfast! The massage made by Alexander is beyond expectations! This is a really High quality hotel with excellent standards!

Very Nice Vacation Stay

Hotel is very nice with an exquisite room. Staff was very attentive and helpful, but they do not have a lot of knowledge of local attractions. Arcadia recreation area is a ten minute walk away. Hotel contains a spa, gym, swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath -- except as separate men's and women's facilities. Hotel is a short walk (15 minutes) to some nice beaches as well as a short tram ride into the center of the city.

Very nice hotel

We spent two week at this fantastic hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very well equipped (especially the gym). The restaurant is really nice, however the breakfast was always the same, therefore we were bored about it at the end of our stay. Sometimes the climate controll system got wrong in our room therefore in 1-2 days it was really cold in our room. The beach is 7 minutes walk from the hotel, however you should get up early if you want to get sunshades (or you buy one in Arcadia). In sum we liked this hotel very much and we would definately return if we will visit Odessa in the future.
