Fantastic stay in a great hotel in Odessa!

Just got back from a wonderful stay in this hotel. Booked superior room via booking.com, however upon arrival upgraded to a junior suite, which was pretty cool and thank you very much for this! The suite was massive, spacious, fantastic shower and everything you could possibly need. Location of the hotel great, in the heartbeat of the city. Staff seemed good, able to communicate in various languages which helped myself and partner. Good selection of food for breakfast. Very, very good value for £££. I cannot stress this enough. Interms of the room, one of THE nicest rooms I have ever slept in globally. Superb. If the hotel want to improve further, my recommendations would be - * Minibar prices. Come on, it's not 1972. Laughable. I realise the price of the stay was very good, however these are insulting at best. You're not alone in this, many hotels seem to think this antiquated idea is worth adopting. It really isn't. * Again if I'm going to be picky, the quality of ingredients for breakfast could be better. Coffee not great. Only saying this as your star rating is 5. If you were 4/3 I wouldn't comment on the food, however for your rating, it could be better. Disclaimer - These comments are only to help - the hotel really is wonderful!

Loved our stay, but...

We had one Night here and we enjoyed it very much. Friendly staff and amazing rooms. Only bad thing to say and that is that the man that was at the breakfast buffet was not very polite. Everything Else was great. Nice location to walk to city Center as well.

Excellent hotel, good service, good restaurant, nice and friendly people. Good Italian design, located downtown Odessa. A magnificent city by the way, worthwhile to visit. Must be very nice in summer as well.

Beautiful design, nice staff, perfect location. There’s some nice yard in the hotel. Breakfast is pretty good, but not the best. In general, I have good impressions, so I’d stay here again when in Odessa.

Good choice to improve your stay at the city

I've been to the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is well designed, with a good taste, in a center spot, within a walking distance to the center, restaurants, bars, tourism places and many more. The reception is VERY welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was wide, comfort bad. Welcoming kid of tea and coffee and cookies at the room. The AC has some issue, but one can live with it. The shower is really wide and good, a bit low pressure of the water. The dining room has a good variety, and everything is very tasty, very! But the service is slow, and could do better. Has a really nice patio.

Very reasonably priced quality hotel

I was on a work trip with a colleague and we booked this hotel due to its location. We didn’t arrive until late, however the receptionist was quick and we were soon in our rooms. This hotel has a lovely feel about it, a mixture of boutique and contemporary design. The beds and pillows were super comfy, a great funky seating area and lots of plug sockets! The bathroom was very opulent and well designed. The breakfast was also very good, I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Great hotel

Trendy, very thoughtfully designed hotel in the heart of Odessa. Nicely decorated rooms and gorgeous bathrooms. And most importantly- very attentive staff. Vlada who was helping us from check-in to check-out was a sweetheart. My only suggestion to the hotel management would be to consider replacing mirrors in the bathrooms. The current ones look fancy but are not very practical - the light fixtures around mirrors go on and off, and they do not provide a lot of light.

Amazing hotel!

The location is perfect! Close to the main street with restaurants, close to the park. It was very very stylish and everything was perfect. We stayed in a huge appartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very new and perfect. Breakfast was served in a nice restaurant and sparkling wine was served during breakfast :):) The bar was alao very stylish and the coctails were as tasty as amazing looking. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definately recommended.
