I rented the 1 bedroom, apartment which was a bit more expensive, but I was very impressed with so many things, The modern. clean, fresh, well-designed, well executed decor! And the location right at Ekaterina Square a short walk from "The Duke" and Potemkin Steps--A great Spot! My last hotel was smaller than just my bedroom here! You'll see in the pictures for yourself! if you compare Poet Art (Which I also liked and reviewed) to This Hotel. I had 2 days to go but decided to write nonetheless. I know there are drastic differences in Odessa in what you get if you take the cheapest room or spend a little more for the space you receive, I highly recommend the loosening up on the purse strings for the great advantage! If it works for you, reserve the smallest and then ask to see the rooms and upgrade if available - just check "on-line prices: first so you know the costs of various rooms! I had a friend stay yesterday and it was comfortable even though I used the couch and she used the bed. There is a full kitchen, with grill and breakfast bar for cooking if you like. We just had a little bit in the morning. The bathroom has a new slanted tub which she loved to take a deep bath last night before bed. It had a rain head also, nice modern and clean! I hope I'm not letting the cat out of the bag here, but I found a place I can depend on if this remains available. There is also a nice little restaurant upstairs which allows water views and is great for breakfast also and other eats! And if you decide to walk the streets a bit around here, you will find many, many good restaurants in virtually every direction of various kinds from Italian, to Japanese, to Mexican, to Sandwich places, cafes, and on and on. In the pictures I mention many of the notable attractions and points of Interest within a short walking distance from here including Potemkin Steps, "The Duke," Ekaterina Square - right outside the Hotel, Pimorsky Blvd,. and the Marina and Seaport, not to mention The Art Museum and New Opera House all within 15 minutes walk of this location! The accepted middle of City Center is Derabosovskaya Street which is about a 7 minute walk to the pedestrian Area, So you really have it all! Enjoy It!!
