Great hotel in Central Odesa

A well appointed hotel near the centre of Odesa. The staff are very friendly and the food is good. A well stocked bar serves cocktails all day. The rooms are really plush and clean. There's a good pool on the 4th floor with spa facilities such as hot tub, steam room and sauna.

Excellent weeked in the heart of Odessa

It was really relaxing weekend in Bristol spa hotel. Standard room was spacious with all needed staff. The breakfasts was great too, actually Le Grand Cafe Bristol is so nice place to have a brealfast , it reminds old Paris cafes. I liked it very much. The staff is very polite and attentive.

Best hotel in Odessa , truly exceptional experience

From reservations till departure they showed that they value the guest. Bristol is truly and exceptional hotel with a history behind it. Service was kept on high standards at all time by the below super heroes of the hotel. Anastasia(check-in), Yulia(check out), Yulia also found a baby spoon we lost in the elevator, I do not know how she found out it belong to us. Mark from room service has been very kind and professional for every instance we met. Very polite and humble too. Lyudmila has also been very kind and nice. Never miss the breakfast, it’s worth it. One of the best breakfast in Odessa. If you stay in this hotel sign up for the loyalty program as well, the chain has few other hotels in Odessa and Kiev. For areas of improvement, the hotel should be more flexible with infant or younger baby food, off course there was a kids menu but it wasn’t suitable for a 1.5yo baby. It would have been very nice if they had a children’s playroom or corner. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and we look forward to come back and refer our friends too. Special thanks to above named staff and the whole hotel.

Comfortable hotel rooms, wonderful breakfasts, Friendly and helpful staff, Nice and clean SPA center. The hotel is located within walking distance from Deribasovskaya, the Opera House, the sea. Overall a high-quality hotel.

Loved staying for the second time at this hotel. I will be back again, Great place. Try it and you'll thank me afterwards:) Rooms & food were amazing, service of the staff is extremely professional & respectful. To summarize: Don't think twice; GO FOR IT!

Best hotel Bristol hotel!!

The best hotel in Odessa city centre. Luxuary interior, old style, barocco? Tasty good meal, fruits, spa included. Quei very pleasant rooms, friendly staff. A lot of bars and restaraunts nearby, Opera and old center.Strongly recommend.

100% satisfaction: location, service, cuisine, breakfast, coffee quality, great staff, great pool. The staff has a high level of preparedness to work with any kind of guest. Parking - free of charge. I wish to all employee all the best!

Horrible Beds

Could not sleep on this mattress. Left tired with red eyes. Picture speaks for itself. Tried to call room service 11pm. Phone did not work. Had to come down. Phone is minor inconvenience, but the mattress - hospitality is making the guest physically comfortable away from home. This bed is just embarrassing for this nice property.

Its my third stay in this hotel and it maintains its reputation. Everything is excellent in this hotel: lobby, staff, rooms, breakfast and location . It is also situated on the most beautiful street of Odessa.

A nice hotel to stay at. Friendly team, a wide range of related services. The stay allows you to experience the history of the city and at the same time have modern comfortable conditions of stay. The bar and restaurant offer a range at European level. Breakfast is buffet style.
