I can’t find the hotel at first. Because the entrance is inside. But This hotel was good location and modern room. I received good hospitality from the front staff. The parking is a little bit fir. This price was 100uah. このホテルは看板もなく入口が通り沿いでなく、奥にあるので最初わからなかったです。 ロケーションは繁華街まですぐで非常に便利部屋もお洒落で綺麗。フロントスタッフは非常に気持ちの良い対応でした。 ただ駐車場が一般しかなく少し遠かったです。100uahてした。

Basic, simple (but clean) accommodation - in the city centre

We arrived in Lviv at 11.30am by train from Kiev and the hotel check-in time was 2pm so check-in process was completed but our room wasn't ready hence we were able to leave our bags there and visited the place of interest. After lunch we returned to the hotel for taking bags into room to settle down. Such helpful reception team - thanks. The hotel is located in the city centre with most sightseeings within walking distance however on the disappointing note, the locals didn't immerse amongst tourists within the city centre because the prices in most restaurants / bars / cafes are, although quite below the Western level, however hugely priced out for the locals. More could be done enabling locals and tourists to mix togethe in these places. Breakfast - just average, you need to order the cooking method (i.e. fried, boiled, scrambled or omlette) of eggs the day before by just filling in small form and handing in at the reception - absolutely no issue for me at all. The bread provided - so too dry and not that fresh unfortunately. A good value for money - will definitely return in the future.

HOTEL IN CENTER OF LVIV, UKRAINE

It was a long hard drive from Kamianets-Podilskyi to Lviv and when we got there the traffic was terrible. When we located the Hotel Jam there was no place to park or even stop the car. Luckily we spotted another hotel with an underground garage. They agreed to let us park there for two nights for 1,120 UAH. We then dragged our luggage two blocks in the rain and found the entrance to Hotel Jam in an alley. Our room was nice enough and there was an elevator. The hotel served an included breakfast in the basement and the location was very good for exploring the city.

Thank you so much to the helpful, friendly and always happy to help staff at this hotel. Breakfast was very tasty with a great variety to meet many tastes, including Ukrainian; location was very close to all the sightseeing spots, and room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend and will certainly return here again if travelling to L'viv!

Perfect location. Only a few blocks away from the bus stop from/to the airport “Franko Park” (the trolleybus is # 9 and costs UAH 5.-) The city is quite small, so all there is to see is at walking distance from the hotel. There is a nice market and an exchange office inside a mall ("Opera Passage"), just around the corner, The staff was nice and helpful. They even packed a snack for me for my early departure! My room was big so was the bathroom. If I had to find something bad to point out is that my room wasn`t very quiet. I could hear everything happening outside. Wifi worked good. The breakfast system is not very common, at least for me. You have to fill up a form when you check-in, indicating at what time you want to have breakfast on the following day, and which options you want from those detailed in that list… Of course, if you do not include breakfast in your reservation, you have plenty of coffees available downstairs, even an option opened 24 hs. They give you a special present when you check-out, which I won`t reveal

Location location, this is a boutique hotel in a perfect location, close to many bars and restaurant. Rooms are small but more than adequate. Breakfast offered is basic but very good. Very helpful staff who speak English for those who need it. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is only five mins from the old town, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff were really nice and helpful. You had to fill out a request form for your breakfast the following day and then just give them your room number when you went down and it came out freshly prepared. You can also arrange with the hotel for their minibus to pick you up from the airportand it works out about half the price of a taxi.

• Location is about 5 min from old town • A lot of restaurants within the hotel • Good breakfast • Clean and quiet hotel • Staff is willing to help if you need anything. I would definitively stay again at Jam hotel on my next visit ti Lviv.

Hotel Jam is a nice 3* hotel at the edge of the old city that provides everything the modern visitor needs. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable mattress and view at a nice road. The decor is industrial style with some smart printings. Staff is polite and they have 24/7 guard and reception The entrance of the hotel is not facing the road and the lobby area is tiny, the breakfast area too. Maybe this is the reason they dont provide a buffet style breakfast, but they let you fill a form with your preferences. They let you have breakfast in the room which is convenient. To be honest, we didnt enjoy the breakfast itself -- we tasted a lot of stuff but was let down. Maybe there is room for improvement. Overall is a nice fun hotel ideal for a small city break -- value for money
