Fantastic hotel in just outside the center

I found this great hotel by accident, I was looking for a hotel with parking and a spa. Unfortunately they did not have a spa but I am so pleased with this hotel and the friendly smiling staff. This will be our base on every trip to Lviv

Pluses: - friendly receptionists; - everyday cleaning, a new free bottle of water was provided. Minuses: - very cold (I slept in hoodie under blanket, and it still wasn’t warmly; after the first night I was provided with air conditioning control panel, it became better but not in the bathroom); - bad wi-fi connection (it was suddenly interrupted from time to time, and consequences are unsaved changes in an online doc or used roaming on your sell); - mosquitoes or other insects, my body is itching right now!! (I saw the same feedback on booking) - cash only, POS was broken for 4 days; - a bad smell in the bathroom.

The room was wonderfully comfortable, the staff were attentive, professional and efficient. Whenever I go to Lviv this will be my choice for accommodation. It's conveniently close, walking distance to the old square, restaurants opera, theatre, etc...

Bad experience.

Hello, We were in the dorm. When we arrived, one of the members of the staff yelled at us because he was confused about the number of our room. The shower was disgusting and the last day, we didn't have hot water. There isn't curtain in the rooms. We paid 10.5€/night, expensive for Lviv and this kind of accommodation. Bad experience.

I liked this hotel so much!! And I recommend everyone this hotel!) Guestrooms reigns cleanliness. Very comfortable location, close to the center. High-quality and professional service. Delicious breakfasts. satisfied by the presence of parking machines

The only plus is the location, 2 km to the city centre, rooms are small, beds are uncomfortable,view from the window at some kind of abandoned buildings, air conditioner remote control is avaliable on demand at the reception.. Another thing is breakfast which is preparing on demand for 90 uah and hilariously small.. Not recommended

Big fiasco!!!

Only one plus its girls on reception. Now minuses: 1. Broken bed. With sound every time you turning. 2. You can hear what next doore talking about. Very clearly. 3. No free breakfast. 4. Very dark room with poor lighting. 5. You need to bring all your things buy your self to second floor. 6. Very noisy shower and broken cabin with leaking bottom of shower cabin. Diferent type of furniture in one room most of it is broken. I think its more then enough to not stay here. Lviv has more beautiful places then this. And im leaving too dont want to spoil my holiday.

Very close to city centre-5 minutes walk. Big clean rooms. Friendly personal. Free parking and WiFi. Good prices - nearly 24 Euro per two people per night. Tasty breakfast(~only for 3 Euro). Comfortable bed and pillows. Cozy hotel with many flowers, big territory in city centre. I find my place in Lviv. Can recommend to everyone.

Very good location - 5 minutes walk from city centre. Clean, big and cozy rooms. Tasty breakfast. Parking,Wifi, big garden. Tolerant and friendly staff. Very quiet. I find everything for perfect weekend in Lviv in this hotel. So I can recommended Leotel.
