Very clean and comfortable.

I have been several times in this hotel. I always had an apartment. The quality was excellent. It was very clean. The staff always friendly. The breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will always return.

I will not write that it is liveable, because I expect some standards from 4-star hotel. In the beginning we have got ugly room. Even one channel in TV didn't work, cups were with holes, extremely stoned kettle, like if noone was ever cleaning it, a lot of water coming under shower, I was scared to use this shower, because it looked like it will fall down from the wall, water from toilet going all night, ceiling and walls with fungus. There was variety of food for breakfast but everything was cold and old. Staff was very unpleasant, not smiling at all, I had impression I am disturbing them with my presence. After several requests they have changed the room, but we had to waste another hour to wait for the new room. And new room weren't much better, however I didn't want to waste more time. At the end they didn't even say sorry. I think for this price you can find much better places in Lviv.

A good hotel in general, good room. A varied and tasty breakfast. But there are suggestions for the hotel - to improve the quality of service in the bathrooms. The faucet did not work well and the drainage hole in the shower cabin was clogged.

Decent place for decent price

Hotel is slightly worn out and need refurbishment. But for a price charged, it’s fine. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in morning offered good selection of local and international dishes for anyone to choose from.

Not good stay and experience

I have stayed many times in Lviv and Love the City and its people. This was my first time at Suputnyk Hotel, and where motivated by good price and its soviet style. But there stopped my enthusiasm. Someone came in night into our room and stole mobile phones and money. This is not the worst. The owner of hotel and staff went quickly on the defensive, accusing us not locking the door or that we probably carelessly lost our mobiles and money out on town at night. Professional hotels will normally try to help their guests. Suputnyk is Not professional. Security is bad. And I must say that breakfast is not that great either. This will be my only and last stay at Suputnyk.

AIRPORT CHOICE

-intentionally chosen for proximity to airport in readiness for very early morning flight -10 minutes maximum to airport in the quiet hours -hotel in very old building & fixtures and fittings throughout are quite old -however, extremely comfortable bed ! -WI FI signal weak & patchy on 6th floor -WI FI very strong in bar -my very early departure was before breakfast start time & the hotel kindly advised on check-in, I could take dinner as substitute -I did and the food was very good, and 3 course dinner provided-all very good -my ordered taxi waiting on time very early the next morning -no complaints with this choice for 1 night only -the hotel is located far from the historic & tourist city centre and hence the locality of large apartment blocks and local markets, all provide an insight into local normal life -an economical tariff and highly recommended for similar brief stays

Good hotel, bad cleaning!

For that price, the hotel is very good, facilities are good, not in need of immediate renovation (but little old), has AC, minibar and safe in the room. Breakfast was OK, the reception staff professional. BUT, the cleaning service is awful! The room was dirty, the carpet was sticky, the shower cabin had some unpleasant evidence of previous guests, the trash was full when we checked-in and many more. It is really a pity, as the hotel is overall good. Location is little far, but doesnt really matter now, as the taxi costs around 2 euros to city center.

Hotel with a lot of old russia

The hotel is quit used and could us a make over. The rooms are small but have everything you need. But they are as well quit used and could use some renovation. The staff at the reception try very hard to speak as good english as they can, which is nice. For the other staff in the breakfast restaurant or housekeeping, you should know Ukrainian or us sign language. But specially the housekeeping lady we had was very nice and tried very hard, even though we could not understand each other. She always had a smill. As for the food, we only had breakfast, which was nothing special. You had what is expacted, but not more. Some local dishes where nice, but bread and meat where of poor quality.

This hotel should've been called "The time machine". Just about everything there is awful. The only thing that was good was a web site that looked good enough to sell it. Awful. Never again. Stay away!!!

Very good hotel

I have been there 2 times. the hotel is very nice and the rooms are excellent too. It is located not far from the city center. You get value for money. The breakfast is good. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rainer Sch.
