If you stay anywhere else, it's your fault

I stayed at the Senator apartments, and would not stay any place else in Kyiv. You can say one place has this and another has that, but no place has it all, and you will never find a staff, in this world, as these incredible people are. The ladies at the reception desk, care to your every need, as if you are the only one there. I mean anything. I had a birthday party to create, me, in this foreign city, and the ladies took this on like it was their responsibility, calling for a cake, calling for balloons, doing everything and laughing , smiling the entire time. I needed a PCR test, they found a well recognized placefor me and I was tested there with results in 6 hours. I spilled something in my apartment, and instantly there were the incredible, I MEAN INCREDIBLE cleaning staff there to take care of my mess, plus more. The security gentlemen are fantastic. This place is located in a nice quiet area with a great coffee stand maybe 50 steps away. I could stay here typing and listing the many qualities of this place, but they limit my space. The staff, ALL OF THEM, the people in the office that will arrange for your trip, everyone is exceptional. You feel spoiled here. I was there for three weeks once, four weeks the second time, and it was like home. Alina, Natalia, Victoria, Alexander, Olexander, Roman, Alena, the cleaning staff I apologize for forgetting your names (they treat you like they are your mother in a very caring way) all of there people are warm, caring, tending to your every need and going beyond to care for you. I will say this unlimitedly, If you stay someplace else, it is your fault. Plus where it is located is convenient for the entire city.You can walk anywhere. I did, and yes all the way to the Motherland Memorial, the Friendship arch in one trip, IN THE SNOW, and had a lovely time. When you arrive here at Senator Apartments, you become family.

It was a great experience, Senator Apartments never disappoints. We were staying for 9 days and everything was just perfect. Apartment was very comfortable, clean, warm, fully equipped and most important - feels like home. Snowy Kyiv is very beautiful, there are so many things to do and to see and plenty of awesome restaurants to eat. All in all - another great stay at Senator in Kyiv! Will definitely come back again;)

Great Extended Stay

I stayed at the Senator for approximately 5 weeks. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I prepared much of my own food on the in-room range (no oven, but there is a microwave). The hotel is close to the the Botanical Garden for walks/jogs, and an easy walk to Saint Sophia, Khreshatyk, and Circus areas. For those using public transport (I'm avoiding during Covid), there is easy metro and bus access. There is a small supermarket (Fora) around the block, and a larger one (Silpo) down the hill towards Circus.

They Are Making Senator Great Again

After my last visit in 2019, the apartment maintains its calmness and quality. Same squad with nice welcome :) need to tell again Apartment is in the heart of kyiv. Historical places, markets, nanional parks, restauants and cafes,transportation systems, everything is nearby. Thanks again for everything. Hope to see you soon :)

Great value, Professional and Friendly staff

Enjoyed my stay and I strongly recommend to all business travelers. I was in Kiev on business in Oct and needed a place until my apartment became available. Ended up staying at the Senator for 52 days. It was truly a home away from home. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The location was very convenient and very close to restaurants , grocery stores. The staff were very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Home away from home

Everything. I mean everything is exceptional here. The staff, the security, the housekeeping staff are all exceptional. Here you are treated as if you are the only resident. The women at the front counter cannot do enough to help you. I had a COVID-19 test required before my return flight, Alaina (sp?) found a place, received my result, and provided me with 100% assistance. Natali (sp?) was exceptional in every way helping me with everything including the operation of washing machine in my room. Another woman, who I am embarrassed that I cannot remember her name, she was an incredible help as well to include providing hands on assistance to operate my laundry machine that was impossible for me to understand. Anything I asked for in the three weeks of my stay, absolutely anything I asked for or needed and treated me so wonderfully. This Senator Apartment is close walk to virtually everything in the GREAT CITY OF KYIV. The location and establishment with all in the apartment is fantastic, yes the ladies on staff the security men, Olexander, Roman, and the other gentlemen all make this place exceptional. Thank you so much for all that you did for me. You all are just wonderful people and I appreciate you so much.

So much better than a standard hotel

I have stayed at Senator City Center several times now. The small number of apartments gives the excellent staff a chance to provide guests with personalized services. The apartments are clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff does a great job, especially during these days of pandemic. A special thank you to Alina, Viktoriia and Nataliia for the friendly greetings every day! I would certainly be returning on my next trip to Kyiv!

Safe, Homey, and Helpful

I highly recommend Senator City Center. The staff are top-notch. They are kind and helpful. They quickly recognize you and can help with recommendations around town. The cleaning staff is excellent and does a thorough job (they clean twice a week). The location is ideal so close to the metro, botanical gardens, and city amenities. The apartments contain helpful amenities for long-term stays including a washer, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator.

Feels like at home

Its not my first visit to Senator City Center. What can i say - its an amazing place to have a short break with friends or family or even stay for a long period. Big and cozy rooms, didn’t want to leave my amazing, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen is a benefit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!)

I stayed here for 7 weeks. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and the service provided by the staff excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the front desk team led by Alina was first class; quite simply nothing was too much trouble, and I felt a valued guest. I would strongly recommend this accommodation for visitors on business or pleasure. Centrally located, close to the Metro and main activities, and in a quiet location set back from the road.
