Hotel with very clean and spacious rooms, quite and relaxing location in the park, very good breakfast! Actually they are serving vodka and Prosecco! And the restaurant is very very good too! Just some discounts on the accommodation and restaurant and will be “excellent”!

Very good service , quiet and peaceful surroundings . The hotel is in a park , has an outside area to eat and have drinks . The staff is friendly and helpful . For now my favourite hotel in Kiev . Don’t hesitate it is worth the 10mn by cab to get to the center of town . They also have a spa on site (very good service also , special thanks to Katya ) . Will be back

Had a huge room on the 3rd floor. Room includes TV, sofa, desk, minibar (reasonable prices too compared with western Europe). Shower room also large. Restaurant has a mixed menu but includes Ukrainian dishes - the waiter recommended the borscht to start (delicious). Breakfast buffet includes all the usual stuff. Customer service is really good but the restaurant team are a bit too keen to clear the plates as soon as you finish eating. The hotel is not in the city centre so you will need a taxi to get downtown but there is parkland surrounding the hotel.

Wonderful hotel. I arrived, stressed and tired after overnight flights, and was warmly greeted at the Reception...and then discovered the spa...and Катя, an angel sent from above, treated me to the 'Jet-Lag' combination, hamam and coconut massage. Heavenly, absolutely heavenly. It is a shame she is not working for the next two days, otherwise I would return! I am looking forward to the restaurant now, once my body decides it can move :)

Great place for quiet and private meetings. Not too far from city center and very friendly front desk team. Restaurant offers good foods and wine list can impress you. rooms rates are not cheap but you will have an exclusive view on a beautiful park around hotel. Very romantic for couples and weekends. Will surely recommend it.

They added a wine cellar/tasting room underground. Still great service, and a great restaurant. I have stayed here several times. Once again they upgraded my room. Beautiful patio to dine and overlooking the park. Just a short Uber to city center. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Ukraine.

Wanted to Rate Higher and Could Easily Improve

I arrived here after an hour's drive from Boryspil airport and a flight from Munich. This hotel is not anywhere near the city center, but that's not really why you would want to stay here. There is a lovely nature reserve and park surrounding the grounds of the hotel. Check-in could not have been easier. However I was given a room on the 2nd floor next to the lift, which is really what removed 1.5 stars. The noise level in this room was astonishing. I could hear everything going on outside in the restaurant's beer garden (and one day was a kid's party with a DJ), I could hear people getting off the lift, and I don't know what the heck people were getting up to in the rooms around me but it sounded like they were rearranging furniture until the small hours of the morning. I also think that the pipes were noisy, given the age of the building (the lift is obviously not part of the original structure). The staff were courteous and did their best to accommodate my poor (after a 13-year absence from any Russian-speaking country) Russian. Several of them spoke fluent English but many of the restaurant staff absolutely did not. When I arrived I had been through 4 airports and 7 time zones in less than 36 hours so I was frankly exhausted. I was not able to sleep very well on the first night due to my body still being in US Eastern time and being such a light sleeper. Because of such poor sleep I ended up sleeping until well after 1pm local time, and I almost feel like it was quieter then than at night. That night around 11pm the wifi also failed, and despite the best efforts of the desk staff (and she really did try), it was not able to be repaired until the following morning. Breakfast was decent, but not expansive. There may have been more options if I'd been more settled in, and my Russian ability slowly returned. Very continental with a choice of bread, cheese, some sausages and various water, tea, and juice. Nothing to get excited about but it stuck to the ribs! The menu (English and Russian) at the restaurant was quite good. I decided to try some local dishes and borshch and salo were two of the first items I ordered. I never had a bad meal here and I found their house brewed lager to be very drinkable (and reasonably priced around $3/500ml!). As is often the case in Europe, when you want to drink bottled water with your meal, you are going to pay for it. The brand of choice in Ukraine seems to be Morshinska, which is more expensive than most forms of alcohol in the country (no I am not joking). But fair play, it's tasty water! Porter helped me with my large checked bag on both check-in and check-out, they got a taxi to the train station for me when I left for Kharkov, and I even used the laundry service, room service, and minibar. All were professional and reasonably priced (yes, even the minibar!). I would stay here again but NOT on the 2nd floor and NOT next to the lift. Figure out how to soundproof the rooms somehow, even just a bit, and I'd happily tack on another star+.

Tranquil location though a bit far from the city center

The hotel calls itself "park hotel" - and it's really located adjacent to a major park area which invites for jogging or just to stroll around a bit. It's pretty quiet as well, at least if your room faces the park sides. The downside of this location the distance to the city center, but the next metro station ist just a 10 minute walk away. And the metro in Kiev is cheap (less than 0,20€), frequently operated, noisy and fast. The hotel itself provides what you need, although some of the furniture might be a bit outdated. Breakfast is slightly limited in terms of choice, but quality is fine (with a coffee especially worth mentioning). So it seems to be a recommendable choice if do not require the direct proximity of the Majdan or similar locations in Kiev.

Good location next to the park, and close to the metro station. The hotel's restaurant offered good food in reasonable prices. The room on the 3rd floor was comfortable and roomy, almost too spacious.

One of worst check-in experiences ever

I wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to get into my room. They had to change room key 6 times. Few of them were able to unlock the door but not to activate the electricity panel. After 6 attempts, a couple of ‘technicians’ and rude attitude, I was finally able to get a different room. Very rude personnel, uneducated, poor English. They never said sorry once for this nonsense. I asked to be able to talk to a manager. They pretended me to believe a technician was their manager. To the hotel management, please, contact me if you read this message.
