Budget hotel

Sep 28, 2016

This is a nice budget hotel. The double room is about 10' x 22' with a small fridge and a decent bathroom. This was not a luxury hotel but neither was the price. It is located next to banks, restaurants and close to Restaurant Prague which I recommend heartily. The hotel is Russian Era but extremely clean and the staff is very accommodating. This is a very good bargain.

Old but Cozy

We've got here by chance, but still I like this place. Its coloirs seem to be like those on the Titanic. And, yeah God, they provide visitors with a good shampoo. Despite of the spirit if USSR it was a good experience.

Best C\Q offer.

May 29, 2015

Got the room on sale (50% off), for one night. Surely the best cost/quality offer in Kiev. Good enough to spend few days with no hard feelings at all. A bit oldschool but not in a bad way. Nice location, 7-10 min from metro, and 5 min from park zone with totally awesome restraunt "Prague" (check it out - rly good one).

Good price for the average hotel

Feb 14, 2015

Neither great, nor bad. Average. Approximately 15 minutes from the subway station. Polite and supportive staff, simple but clean rooms. For the price given, this hotel may be a decent option for those on a budget.

When you don't afraid of hostels

Dec 3, 2014

For me important was a location, very close to my friends and 10 min by foot from the subway. The hotel is a soviet union style but they try their best to renovate it. Lobby is fine and staff was very friendly and supportive. Room was also very good (no safe but TV, WiFi, furniture and bathroom with all staff you need was fine). Some rooms have no private bathroom so just be carefull when booking. What was a real disaster is a corridor. It is soooo long that you don't feel good :) You can hear your neighbours if you don't have a corner room at the end of the corridor. It was nice to have a balcony for fresh air (when your windows are not from the main street side). This hotel is fine if you spend only nights there, location is fine for you and you want to save some money. My recommendation is to pay just for 1 night on arrival and next day decide if you stay there or live it (its fine with the hotel).
