Firstly about the area. It is a nice area around here and the building is very nice from the outside. It's a 10 minute walk to the metro station and nearby shops. Then the good stuff. The bed was comfy and bedding warm. Room is modern and new and big shower. Then the bad. We booked the trip and informed them that it was a trip for work, and would be required to work from the apartment, so good internet was essential. We were assured that it was very fast and reliable. This was the first of many misleading facts supplied by the so called 'comfort house'. Internet? unreliable and inconsistent. Water? Occasionally stopped altogether, shower hot then cold then boiling then freezing. Dangerous. Electricity? off sporadically, therefore internet too, no lighting or power. Noise... the building is not finished. Drilling occurs all day, every day, 7-7 on the week days and 8-6 on the weekends. Hammer drills constantly making noise and the only peace we had was when the power went off. Outside is a building site (and above, too, it seems). So be aware that you won't have a relaxing trip, or sleep at the weekend. Room was not serviced once in a 5 day stay. No toilet paper, no shower gel, no shampoo or soap. The walls between rooms are made of cigarette paper and it feels like the person next door is sleeping next to you. Not pleasant. We continuously informed the Comfort House of these problems and they offered apologies but no compensation or alternative. In my opinion, it is totally unacceptable to have this standard of building and service in 2019 in a modern European city!! You can find a much nicer apartment in the middle of the city for the same price. Spend your money elsewhere. You staying here is simply subsidising the completion of the building work, as it is not finished! It's like buying a prototype of some product for the full price. You would never do it.
