Outstanding hotel staff and service

This was my first trip to the Ukraine/Kyiv and staying at the 11 Mirrors helped make it my top favorite places to visit. Every person working in the hotel (front desk, door, lounge, restaurant, room service etc.) was incredibly polite and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was great (coffee was impressive...). and at a convenient location in the city. Nice work people... you guys really impressed me and my colleagues.

Nice hotel, small room, weird bed

I paid more for a “superior” room but not sure why as I doubt the room could have been smaller. Bed was two small beds put together with nothing in the crack between the two to make it into a king. Kept falling into crack, very uncomfortable. Would be fine for shorter stay and/or not needing to work in the room. Staff was super great and helpful.

Even during Lockdown, 11 Mirrors never fails to impress. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is divine and the rooms feel somehow homely and professional at the same time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Kyiv.

My personal experience and the experience of my clients who i send to this hotel in Kyiv has always been fantastic. The design, the location and the vibe of the hotel are great. However, the thing that made the experience extra special and smooth is a girl called Darina - who works in the reception. She is not only friendly and organised, but she really goes the extra mile for her clients. Always on top of things, always with great recomondations, smiling and very supportive. It feels like she does more than she needs to do, and always has the customers happiness and comfort at highest priority. I have been working with many hotels around the world, but i have to mention this experience as really exceptional. Thank you Darina

My tenth time at this hotel and it always maintains high standards. Great staff. well maintained hotel, clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. The only downside I can find regarding this hotel is the elevator. On every visit I wonder why there is one elevator and it is so slow. Good location.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐KIEV The Best Rooftop in Kiev ever, Restaurant gastronomique lounge, Design Hôtel , marvelous view!!!! Good wine list but not extraordinary, food amazing! Very good Breakfast, lunch and diner very good service, waiter, barman top! Thank good moments.

My go to hotel in Kyiv

I have been visiting Kyiv once a month for the past year. The 11 Mirrors has become my home away from home. The front desk team are charming and helpful. The restaurant staff and food are excellent. The rooms are clean, modern comfortable and spacious. Big shout out to Mariia (both of them), Elina, Veronica and Daria. Thanks for always taking great care of me! Highly recommend.

this hotel is amazing, the staff is most helpful i have ever encountered, room was beautiful, and the restaurant food was also flawless, cant find any bad things from my stay, would advise everyone going to kiev to stay here
