I do not how how fine is the hotel but restaurant is extremely nice

I visit this place 3 years ago .... And this week, I visit it with a friend of mine... Good was very good and starter arrives before main course... Which is not so often in CIS (even in Moscow ...). Very good restaurant... Maybe a little bit expensive for Ukraine but still cheap for Europe
