Centrally located, cosy and clean place

The hotel is located in a backyard next to the Opera & Ballet Theatre in the city centre, which makes for a central but quiet location - no-one would expect to find a hotel here. The value for money was excellent. Rooms were adequately sized, rather newly furbished, spotlessly clean. The bed mattress in my room was a bit too soft. As there was no restaurant or bar, breakfast was served in-room only and consisted of coffee or tea, a croissant and a yoghurt. The receptionist was extraordinarily helpful and went great lengths in organizing our onward transport.

Cozy, nice and comfortable place to stay

Nice hotel right in the center of the city. It takes 10-15 min to get to the city center and all the places to visit. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, we loved having sofa and bookshelf in our room, it gives you feeling you are at home, not at a hotel. Staff was very helpful and nice to us.

Very convenient location of the hotel, right in the downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. This hotel reminds you a private house somewhere in the countryside by itself, what makes it very attractive and it gives warm feeling to the travelers.

Very friendly staff, good location

The hotel is located very close to Sumska street. Main attractions are generally in 15 min.s by walk maximum. The room I stayed was OK for this price range. Due to construction it was a bit noisy. Staff was extremely helpful for early checkin, leaving luggage and arranging a taxi for the airport in the middle of the night. Taxi drivers ask 300 uah but they helped to get for 64 uah as the normal price for airport.

Tucked into a courtyard

I arrived mid morning, and was able to check in straightaway. The front desk area is tiny, but who cares. I loved having a bathtub, as I don't normally have the chance to take a bath. I loved the bookcase in the room. My only complaint is that the mattress was too soft, there was no support at all. Wifi was good, and there was an option for air con, if I get to come back during summer. Breakfast is available for 30griven, delivered to my room :)
