A surprisingly good hotel, rooms in a large modern villa, perfectly clean, everything functional and the service friendly and helpful. a room with a private Jacuzzi worth the money. The only minus is the dull surroundings but we felt safe there.

I stayed 6 days in this hotel. So close up train station . Rooms are so nice and big I like everything clean nice hotel. Hotel personel really so nice. and they know english. and they are so helpfull .

It is a lovely place with well furnished rooms.The jakuzzi is excellent.The small restaurant is lovely.The garden is very relaxing.It is a bit far from the center but very close to the train station.The room was very clean.

Booked a room At Ryleev mini hotel and had a great stay. had a large very quite room and also had a large bathroom with a tub. all wood floors and the staff keeps them very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. This hotel quite and seems to be away from everything. but it is close to the Train station, the Metro and the tram, and city buses.you can get around the city very easily. the Metro(subway) can get you to the center of the city in minutes. the tram and buses can take you about anywhere else in the city

ideal place to stay near to train station 10 minute walk over bridge,,,big rooms ,massive bath,,good working wifi,didnt have breakfast so no comment,,tv was minimal service..friendly people and great prices for what you get

Cute and comfortable little hotel, great value for money

We had a great stay for a week. The hotel staff really took care of all our needs and the hotel interiors are in excellent condition. The room had air conditioning, good WiFi and a small fridge. There is a huge and very nice backyard, and a common kitchen. They can do laundry on demand. The neighborhood is not the prettiest and is away from the sightseeing but is fine and functional: a small 24-hour mini-market store is just 3 min walk around the corner. The main railway station, various shops and the subway are less than 10 min walk, with just 2 stops to the city center. If I had to find one thing to improve it's adding satellite TV channels, because regular cable had just a dozen or so Ukrainian channels so if you don't speak the language then just watch YouTube over the free WiFi. Overall: would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again.

This small Bed and Breakfast was great, staff was great, I plan to go back again soon, If in kharkiv and need a nice quite place to stay, this is the place, it is away from everything, but close to the train station, the trolley and McDonalds , center of the city is about a twenty minute walk. My room was very comfy..king size bed, nice bathroom

Pretty Much Exactly What One Wants

I have stayed here twice. The rooms are clean and modern and with very good light. It is quiet also. I think the staff is exceptional. Angelina handles the English translation and is very accomplished. She also does airport transfer for a rate that nicely beats the "taxi" scalpers, and she is very reliable (I had awful early flights each time, and she was better than punctual). The breakfasts are tasty and worth the price. Everyone is just very friendly. Also, they have a terrific "Russian Bath" (Sauna). About 3 1/2 blocks to Metro, 35 minute walk to downtown. The only thing I did not like was the beds were less than comfortable.

Comfortable hotel for excellent price

I've been there 2 times. I like this place very much. It's very comfortable, not expensive, in the room there is all necessary items (fridge, bed, table, chairs, shower and toilet, kettle) and they are all new. Also this hotel has a perfect location. It is situated almost in the city center, near the railway station, metro and Mc'Donalds.

Sept Stay at Ryleev Mini hotel stay

very good place to stay if you are on a budget, close to train station, Mc Donald's and metro, metro can take you about anywhere in the city, so don,t worry about staying near the center, metro can take you there in just a few minutes Ryleev has a nice back yard, can eat outside on nice days, or let the kids just play, all fenced in.
