Decent 3-Star Hotel

Most three star hotels in Ukraine are better, but in the Western sense, this is a true three star. Two of the three ladies that worked the front desk were very friendly and courteous. The third older, heavy set woman was always grumpy and not friendly at all. Location is okay, there is a marketplace and several restaurants within walking distance. There were no amenities or daily cleaning service (expected). However, they did service my room when requested. The room was large for a three star. The heating was not adequate, it was chilly most of the time. In order to get consistently hot water in the shower, I had to let the water run for five minutes first. The bed was adequate for a three star...not had but certainly not a great mattress.
