Quite new hotel which declares 4 stars (in Booking.com - even 5 stars), but luxury hotel facilities must be maintained and supported with everyday care and very good service. It is not so, alas. Location is perfect, wi-fi is ok, room is very big, with huge bed, sofa, armchairs. Furniture looks nice and luxury but bed is not flat and even - sleeping quality was not good, wardrobe doors opened with noise, shelf boxes moved with hardeness. Safe was locked by smbdy before, we can't use it. Critical claim to bathroom - dirty toilet seat, broken bath cabin, calcium spots on the glasses (see photos) - with simple cleaning and minor repair it should be eliminated at once, otherwise do not offer this room to your guests. Kimberly-Clark is quite expensive brand for bathroom facilities but if you installed this air freshener why don't you care to refill the cartridge? Your investment does not work, you spent money for nothing (photo). Reception staff - helpful by request but not proactively customer-oriented: I informed hotel in advance that I need safe parking place for my car. I was surprised when the girl said "no space available" while it was my special request. After negotiations they found place for parking. Why they did not do it from the beginning? Breakfast - real English breakfast (with hot dishes like omelette, sausages, roasted beacon, etc. But somebody has to replenish food boxes upon they exhausted. I saw 7 or 8 food boxes but only 2 contains some remains of food, others were empty. So my score given to this hotel is Average. Luxury facility and big room with cozy furniture must be supported with customer service.
