Good with flaws

The hotel is nice in general, breakfast is nice, not much to choose from, but its nice and fresh. Location is quite good, not far from the river and from the center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very big rooms and quite comfortable beds. The rooms, mainly the furniture needs renovation. The AC looked like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. The blanket is a wool blanket and the only thing between you and this is a regular bed sheet, strange for a "5" star hotel. Parking outside is terrible, and getting in to a taxi also uncomfortable cause of the traffic, the hotel doesn't have its own stop spot.

Central location hotel

The hotel is probably not top in its class but does have lots of character, Victorian looking room with high ceilings and tall windows. Breakfast is a good mix of food, and the room are large. At the price you can’t go wrong so would certainly recommend the hotel

A nice surprise in Dnipro

An old but well maintained hotel in the center of Dnipro. The room was nice and clean. Night service was also a nice touch. The room furniture wasn't new but well maintained and in good order. Breakfast had a nice selection of both cold and hot dishes. The gym/SPA area was very nice consisting of an indoor pool, jacuzzi and a nicely equipped gym. Reception staff was nice and helpful. Recommended.

I stayed there for two nights and generally was satisfied. Pluses: Great central location, historic building which is nicely renovated, and to my surprise quite well managed Minus: Breakfast is very modest

5 stars hotel?!- JOKE!

Unfortunatelly this hotel should not have 5 stars ->2 stars max. No tea, no coffe, forget about iron in room. Not clea, old furnitures, uncomfortable bed. Instead of quilts only an old blanket with a stain - I'm sorry to say but this is not a European standard for 5 stars!!!

Hotel is in city center, very near to shopping centers nice restaurants and river. Hotel is very old, furnitares are nearly to die.... employers want to help bur lack of english. Breakfast is very bad you cant find antything to eat, there are just 4 or 5 species. Vey expensive when you compares conditions

A beautiful old-style hotel

The hotel is located in the centre. The room was spacious and very clean. As it faced the back yard it was absolutely quiet. All bathroom equipment was functioning properly. Good breakfast, no luxury but just what you need. Very helpful reception.

Chic hotel in boring city

If you want hotel with much facilities go to this hotel/ The rooms are big. There is swimming pool and sauna. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is near the center and some sights are nearby. In summer it can be hot.

Clean rooms, centrally located, good gym, breakfast is decent (apart from coffee - but across the street you can go to Tea House); also I'd recommend not eating at the restaurant it's expensive. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
