Basic hotel with friendly and helpful staff but not good service

This hotel is about 15 minutes by trolley-bus from the center, located in the industrial zone, so do not expect a good view from your room. It is located in 1 minutes walk from the trolley-bus stop (#4). The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the room was not clean and it was not cleaned within 2 days of my stay. Towels were washed, but there were some stains on them. Dust was everywhere, and a big spider web in the bathroom. The best was a bad - big, clean and cosy.
