Very good place to stay one night

The personnel is very friendly. Room was clean. Heating was tricky because you have to use airco for this. The walls seem to be tiny and I could hear when somebody was talking in the next room. Also windows don’t have good insulation. But it’s more that enough if you need to stay one night or so. Airport transfer was perfect.

We stayed at this hotel on October 26th, 2020 before we flew back to Canada. The stuff was friendly overnight but the security was grumpy. I asked him to open the gate for us and he was so unhappy and scary. The front desk changed overnight to a morning shift and the guy at the reception was not friendly at all who checked us out plus same security guy was there with his frowny face. The rooms were clean.

Had some hours and spent them at this Ukranian hotel. 25e the room, clean, nice, good value and service. didn’t have breakfast but it was very limited as we could see. The indications of the Gps were a bit tricky but it wasnt difficult to arrive.

If you are considering this hotel because of the airport shuttle, I would encourage you to just grab a taxi on arrival at the airport instead. It took an hour to finally connect with the SECOND driver after the communication with the hotel had said a driver would pick me up holding a sign with my name. That was the very annoying part. I arrived at the Kiev airport clean and fresh but arrived at the hotel a sweaty disheveled hot mess due to this experience. No apologies for this although it was acknowledged it was bad this happened so maybe that's what passes for an apology. This hotel apparently had a park and ride service if you need a place to leave your car when flying. The room was not to loud although my room was just of the lobby. The front desk personnel spoke English well enough. The key card must be inserted near the door to operate lights (good to know!!!) Andreii who ended up driving me TO The hotel was a treasure, physically walking me almost all the way to the nearest restaurant to make sure I found it. The transfer TO the airport was seamless as the driver is on the premises. In the end, I do recommend this hotel but NOT the airport pick up service...too much stress!!

Clean and near to airport

Nice hotel with clean well set rooms. From airport easy to access via any minibus from the terminal B( there is free shuttle between terminals), you need to ask the driver to stop at KM35 which is the name of the bus stop just in front of the hotel. Ticket costs only 6,50 Ukrainian hrivni. Taxi organized by hotel for two ways costs 80 hrivni that is less than 3 Euros. Takes 5 minutes by taxi or minibus. N.B minibuses leave once in every hour, not specified time.

Good Hotel for near-airport stay

Good, clean and very close to the airport. only thing is that there is no central heating so must use the AC. It dries the air and is turned on only after you go inside the room. No shuttle service so it requires to take a taxi from/to airport. From = 150, To = 80. Reception can book a car.

Stopover stay

One night stopover in Kiev so wanted to be close to the airport. Very basic with what appears to be works going on outside, though no noise interference. Reception staff friendly and welcoming though be aware that there is no elevator so if you have difficulty with luggage and stairs, request a ground floor room. No kitchen facilities but they are happy to order food to be delivered for you, or Aero Mall (10 mins walk) has a wide choice available. Basic, but very low price.

Really nice place for rest if you were driving 24 hours It's good for take a good nap, refresh yourself The service is quite good and doing everything with good attitude It was good idea to come over Old Port!The room is normal,bathroom is clean.Bed is not so big but very soft️

Having stayed here I most certainly would not recommend. Generous with stars as staff are extremely friendly and speak English. Had a long trip up from rivne and needed a hotel. This was situated right behind the airport. I received several bites and had insects walking about the room. No food at all you need to walk to the aeromall for drinks and food. We left our luggage in storage which is actually the hotel lobby so not secured. We ended up sitting in the airport for 7 hours. The one good thing is the hotel arranged a taxi to and from mcdonalds. Elena and Maria very friendly.

Good hotel near airport

Very basic hotel, but has all the necessary things and is clean. It is a good option if you have a flight out of airport and a place to stay during a layover. Nearby is a mall where you can go eat and shop.
