Cappadocia Cave Land Hotel

This family-owned boutique hotel definitely impressed me in all aspects - great location (just few mins walk down to Goreme centre), unbeatable views from its rooftop terrace (where you can see the panorama of Goreme town), amazing fresh breakfast, spacious stone-cave type of tidy rooms with nice interiors, and of course most importantly - the best hotel staff who are putting their hearts and souls into each single detail! I didn’t mean to book this hotel but just randomly picked it when I got a bit WiFi at the airport...Before arrival, I already received a very detailed welcoming email with options of airport transfer, day trip, hot balloon etc. (which is way beyond a welcoming email itself). The owner’s cousin, Mr. Memo, stayed up late till nearly 11pm to welcome us upon arrival and organized check-in very efficiently. He also quickly briefed me day-trip options as I had no time to look it up beforehand while giving me more than enough time to think about (as I only needed to let him know 30 mins prior to the day trip started the next day). How amazing! After a great day trip in the snow (yes, I loved the white world so much!), he gave me another surprise that we could ride hot balloon on the 2nd morning as he got the most accurate weather condition already from his cousin who’s a hot balloon pilot! He surely organized us return airport transport, so basically NOTHING you need to worry about if you stay with them which is perfect for a last-minute traveler like me with no plans beforehand. Looking at Memo and his team so busy going extra miles to serve their guests by heart everyday, I have to frankly tell that my 2 days stay there was even happier than my other frequent stays with Shangri-La worldwide...Attitude means everything. I wish this little gem all the best in the new decade!

Small hotel with excellent location close to the center of town. Rooms are comfortable, warm and clean. Loved the view from the breakfast area where the hot air balloons can be observed every morning. Mehmet is a superb host...he catered to our every need, and went out of his way to assist us with bookings, excursions etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I felt special during my 4 days stay at Cave land hotel. The hotel staff likes help and is friendly. Respectful and warm environment. The rooms are gorgeous. Hot water, warming up, great cleaning. I want to touch on your breakfast. the breakfast in the morning was spreading and fabulous. The variety of breakfast is very nice and more. the terrace of the hotel is very nice and the view is super. You can see everything from the terrace. Watching the balloons is fabulous to make breakfast. Downtown hotel and walking distance everywhere. enjoyed the hotel very well. I'm thinking of coming back with my wife. I would like to thank Mr. İbrahim, Mehmet and Özbek Ömer. see you again next year. thank you for everything..

My mother and I loved staying at the cappadocia cave land. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean rooms and a lovely terrace overlooking caves, it’s also a great spot for watching the balloons during sunrise. The location is perfect, walking distance to lots of attractions as well as cafes, bars and restaurants. The breakfast that Mehmet and his co-workers prepared each morning was incredible! Mehmet the owner is so so nice and willing to help out in anyway possible! (He even surprised my mum with a cake for her birthday, how sweet!) I will definitely be staying here again!

I did a lot of research on hotels prior to booking and my husband and I were so glad I booked here! On arrival we were greeted with smiles and turkish tea and biscuits. Our hosts were great esp Mehmet- so friendly, funny and helpful! The breakfast was so delicious and the location couldn't have been better! It is so close to the main streets in Goreme but also in a quiet pocket so we slept well. The rooms and ensuites were small but the bed was comfortable and we had a tv (although we did not watch) and tea/coffee making facilities. You can't beat this place on price or hospitality. All my friends are now dying to go to Cappadocia from looking at my pictures and I will be recommending the Cappadocia Cave Land Hotel!
