I stayed at Ismira for 2 nights. The staff doesn't know english very well and they don't fix the problems you may encounter. Our room had two problems: - no light. There was the light in the hallway of the room, in the bathroom and a weak lightbulb at the mirror. The room was 70% dark because the lights near the bed weren't working. First night I called reception. A guy came, understood the problem and said "tomorrow". I called Reception again the next day. Another guy came, saw the problem and said "ok". After three hours I called Reception and I talked to the manager who told me: "no light. No light. Repair next MONTH." They didn't offer us another room. The photo has more light because of the camera. - no plug for the hot tub. I needed a hot bath so much. I was shocked to find out I have a hot tub to use only for showers. - wifi. Definetly better compared the one they had 3 years ago, but still at a very low speed. At least it's working, which is a milestone in this hotel. PRO: - the food. It's really good.
