well maintained hotel

very shocking was must better than had expected was very happy and comfortable at the hotel under great management. provided soap,shampoo,bodygel, tv fridge locker, even gave us turkish tea while we waited for our taxi to go back to the hotel due to the name its is hard to find its important you dont just say hotel raina it can be the hotel laila lola raina hotel

Friendly and helpful people....nice atmosphere ....exactly the way the photos look ...very close to attractions and museums ...beautiful and cozy place ...reception always ready to help you ...only minus we ask 2 times for new towels and new sheets ,but overall very good and in a good price

Nice place close to the centre

We stayed in Laila last week. We stayed in the top floor. The room was nice, clean, just the sheeting was not really comfortable as it kept slipping from the bed. Also the water in our toilet kept running nonstop, so it was wasting a lot of water and also it was noisy. The elevator was not working but thst can happen at any hotel :) There are many shops and restaurant around the area and literally its about 10 mins walk to the Grand Bazar and Blue mosque also... we even used the shuttle to the airport which is 10euros and was really happy.

Ery bad hotel terrible staff

Bad hotel, bad staff, non responsive, small rooms, all staffs not helpful, rooms had bad bad smell and much more, the hotel as they say that he is chain with other you make your reservation in one of the hotel and he decided which one he pick your room may be it os far from the room you reserved he pick the available regardless what you choose i don’t advice any one to make reservation to this hotel

Very good and very clean, and friendly staff. Plus my room was having a good view. Highly recommended and absolutely I will come again in sha Allah.. WiFi available, Good site ;;near to blue mosque ..

The best hotel and most affordable one, the staff are very friendly and they are so helpful,Mr. Mehmet Kuden the manager is so friendly and helpful he's also a funny person, the hotel is very very clean, everything is new, the location is 4 minutes away from the blue mosque, the rooms size is good. Beds are comfortable and AC and Wi-Fi are present . Highly recommended
