Terrible experience

We vistited Nova Plaza hotel 3 weeks ago. The room was very small, the bed also.. the sheets were dirty and when we complained noone seemed to care. The breakfast had no variety. the only good about this hotel is the location. nothing else

Stayed there for one night. The price was very cheap. The room was clean, lots of toiletries. Nice free bottle of water and free breakfast. I would stay again. The staff speaks good English and the lobby is nice and roomy

Bed bugs in rooms

We had reservation for 4 nights, first night we saw some bed bugs on pillow and wall but we didn't know about this kind of insect and tomorrow my wife was bitten by bed bug. The hotel changed our room and the second night we found bed bug too.they didn't accept their responsibility and we had to go another hotel by ourself an paid money again.please never go to this hell

Worst ever hotel experience

If there was a minus one on the rating then that’s how I would rate this property. I have had the worst experience ever whilst travelling- after staying 5 nights with them; the hotel staff took it upon themselves to check me out on their own. I was travelling with friends who had another room and they conveniently moved my luggage without my permission or informing me - they moved my luggage. Fortunately my luggage was packed. We were out doing our last minute shopping and came back to find out my luggage moved. They informed my friends that check out was at 4 pm but moved my stuff by 2 pm. Second, their house cleaning is terrible. They are not trained to know the difference between body lotion and conditioner. There were couple of days I had only body lotion in my bathroom. All the house cleaning staff do is - straight the bedsheets. They don’t restock water for example. They don’t vacuum the place or change bedsheets In my opinion ; I would never recommend this property to anyone I know.

I recommend this nice 4 stars hotels in Taksim for all kind of travelers business or leisure. Location is perfect and the staff is very cooperative and smiling. Breakfast is rich and unique in the downtown hotels .

It was a good stay..

Medium range hotel. Close to the famous Taksim Square and the nearby market. Very helpful staff, clean but small rooms. Breakfast was OK but there were some other - minor(?) - problems (sheets weren't changed during our 4 nights ' stay, we were always looking for showergel which was never there etc) In general our stay there was OK.

Perfect hotel

Stayed in Nova Plaza Taksim for four nights from February 16th till the 20th “room 1303”. A very good hotel located at the central part of Taksim. Whats nice about the hotel is its accessibility, convenient location, you have a lot of shopping in and around the hotel and lots of restaurants to try. The lady at the front office Ms Ahu was very welcoming and helped us with a smooth check in. During our stay we faced a small problem with the extra bed which was placed in the room, but the receptionist Ahu was very helpful and she changed it. If you are looking for a stay in Taksim, I definitely recommend Nova Plaza Taksim

Not a real 4-star hotel

In my opinion it was the worst 4-star hotel I had ever seen for some reason Firstly it was veryyyy small the Secondly it was not well equipped, i mean they just provide 1 bottle of water, 2 tea bags, and shompoo, it even did not have a box of tissue or toothbrushes and when we asked them for these they told us you can buy it from outside!!!! I have not seen any 4-star hotel without these Thirdly the breakfast was not good at all, vegetables and fruits were not fresh, not enough various bread, and cold boiled or fried eggs. The only positive point was the location.

The staff are more than helpful,There for you whatever you could need. Though my room was a bit tight, the helpfulness of the staff in really any thing that you need, is what made my stay really pleasant

Cigarette smell and poor complementary service

Only one bottel of water plus 2 tea bags and 2 coffe for 2 days stay is availble! Cigarette smell is comming from neighbor rooms and nobody prohibit them. In toilet Bad smell and kitchen smell comes from ventilator Noisy place but near taksim sq I never come back again and doest cost to pay such price.
