Hotel Star Park

Can a receptionist tell us “you can leave if you didnt like the hotel, you pay less money and expect more quality.” Just because he gave us a discount of 10tl (2$)? Other workers are really polite and good, even the night times receptionist is good; but the man in the reception for days is really impolite.

Location was perfect, room was small but I didn't mind that, the view was amazing, and most importantly, it was clean, i stayed there for 2 weeks and they would change the sheets every 2 days. I heard a lot of people saying it wasn't safe out there but I personally didn't see anything that could bother me. Breakfast was basic The staff were really nice I was shocked, I once ran out of water to drink and got up feeling thirsty at 3 am, called them and they brought me water to my room, everyone was super kind. Overall it's a good hotel if you're on a budget, you really can't expect anything better

Do not go there. I went with my family to spend the new year there. It was such a BIG MISTAKE. Rooms are too small, we changed the room as it was so old, the water is leaking in the toilet, view from a small window was at the garbage and so dirty. Second room had no window, lots of ANTS everywhere, renovated yet dirty. Receptionist was so annoyed that I’m asking to change the room. Breakfast was in the basement,poor food selection that I went only once and didn’t bother to go again. Location is good but have a big problem, that no cars can enter there, so the taxi had to drop you out and you walk with your luggage. The receptionist told me it’s not safe outside the hotel, yet thank God we were safe during our stay there. I do not recommend this place at all.

We went in december 28. We were given a room with absolutely no windows or air circulation when i got in the room there were at least 32 celsius and a strange noise coming from the ceiling, something like a fan accelerating and deccelerating. I went to the reception to tell him about my problem and he sends a guy to close the heater( which i had alrrady done myself) and still it is very hot...at this point everything in thr room is very heated so no difference. I went to the reception multiple times to ask for the AC remote, because it was not in my room and i got the answer that the conditioning is not working during winter ( obviously fake). Finally , after long talks i got the remote for the ac. Now lets go back to the noise( which i hoped was from the water collumn). I ask him to check it he checks and says nothing is wrong he can hear the noise too but he says he already gave me the remote which he has rules not to give!!!as if it has something to do with the noise! I ask him to change my room . He says everything is booked and i should go to sleep inshallah. Inshallah that receptionist shall have the same sleeping conditions all the rest of his life!
