Terrible hotel for tourists

The service here is very bad. We asked for bottled water since we extended for 1 more night, but it did not come. When I asked reception, they said I have to take it myself to the room service which is downstairs. Also, I asked for the housekeeping but they did not come. The reception did not inform how to connect to the wifi, how to call the reception, nothing. I have to figure out ourselves how to call the reception with their outdated phone. No key was given upon check-in; the bell man went somewhere to take the luggage of the other guests bringing with him our room key. So we have to wait for him to come back. I can’t imagine this hotel being a 5 star. If you are going to visit istanbul turkey, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Centrally located Overall Great experience

From the beginning to the end the concierge service was of tremendous help. They were all well versed in English ( rarety in Turkey) and they were eager to Help. Md Adam was the one who took care of my PCR, Cab and alot of city related information, so thumbs up to the guy. On the other hand, i didn't like the room size personally. Given that there charges were a bit on the higher side. The experience was good overall. Good place for convenience and city access.

It is a great location near old Town. Near Underground and also close to shopping centers. The staff were very helpful, decent and with good command of English. The rooms are spacious and nice. Big bathrooms.

Staying in this hotel is convenient because it’s located in the heart of the old city. The service is ok and dinners are delicious and almost enormous. A very kind Murat was a great help throughout our stay. Thank you, Murat!
