It is located at the seaside point where Caretta-caretta turtles can be seen in Fethiye Bay, which is located on the uniquely beautiful shores of the Mediterranean. Our rooms have balconies overlooking the whole Gulf of Fethiye. It is only 5 km from the City Center and the Bus Station, 15 KM to Ölüdeniz, 75 KM to Eren Mountain Ski Center where you can ski in winter, 50 km away from Dalaman Airport. In our rooms there are Air Conditioning, Hair Dryer, Unlimited Wireless, private bathroom, 24 Hour Hot Water, Satellite TV, Mini Bar, Refrigerator and Balcony are our standard equipment. Best price with friendly stuff

Compared to other hotels the price is cheapest one. You can find too many different hotels which have better food or room, but up to price; food was good enough and service was excellence. The most important thing is the stuff; Mustafa Bey, Evren bey and İskender Bey did their best to make our stay memorable. If I had a chance to come Fethiye I wouldprefer to stay here. Biggest thanks to Mustafa bey. Best regards.

Compared to other hotels the price is cheapest one. You can find too many different hotels which have better food or room, but up to price; food was good enough and service was excellence. The most important thing is the stuff; Mustafa Bey, Evren bey and İskender Bey did their best to make our stay memorable. If I had a chance to come Fethiye I wouldprefer to stay here. Evening meal

Myself and husband went here even though we had our reservations about the restaurant we decided to try it. My husband ordered lamb hotspot, I ordered grilled chicken, we waited about 50 minutes for the meal, although the waiter did apologise for the time it was taking, we were offered a starter at no cost to us, we declined 10 mins later food arrived, there was no rice on the plates but cheese pasta instead on both meals. My meal was dreadful but my husband said his was acceptable. When we finished he brought out a fruit plate with a carved out piece of cucumber with a candle at the bottom to light it up, it was carved with a Halloween face, most bizarre, couldn't wait to get away but will not go back. There also appeared to be people that were staying at the hotel going up to a buffet for food. It was a bizarre experience.

Stayed here from 2nd-6th jan 2016 , although out of season it was a lovely break , hotel on the waterfront excellent views and very friendly and helpful owner and staff , nothing was too much trouble , rooms were comfortable and clean and as I said a stunning view , would definately stay again
