The hotel is simple and They have the Rooms of Stander. They have an apartment of 3 rooms, a lounge, two bathrooms and an American kitchen. In large size the apartment third floor and the smallest first floor Their booking is directly identical to the online booking sites this hotel will meet you a day if your trip is fast and low or hard work or waiting for a hotel room that does not have a reservation on your arrival date or your apartment is renovated and modified The place is quiet and has outdoor tables and a garden to sit in because the apartments don't have a balcony الشقه مكانها فوق ب شكرجا هدوء مكانها مرتبه الشقه توفي الغرض ان كان عندك ححز بفندق. مافي حجز فل وتنتظر يفضى الفندق او شقه فيها ترميم وتعديل او زياره سريعه او عمل مكان مرتب صراحه وهدوء وسعر زين مقابل الموقع والهدوء الرسبشين ودودين حبيبين الححز عن طزيقهم مباشر او من الان لاين مطابق للسعر مشي الى حديقة لونابارك ٤٥ دقطقه او السياره ٥ دقايق

Quality is the perfect way to describe this place. The host was very welcoming whilst the apartment was spacious, clean with quality amenities. Locality has many shops and restaurants including Parking around the building.

Clean, Quiet, Spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Araz Apartment. It was a newly remodeled building and we had the suite with 3 bedrooms. The local area was very residential, up a hill and in small narrow streets, but it was fine. It's off the busy streets making a bit more quiet. The apartment we were in was very clean. We had 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single). There was a full bathroom and a half bathroom also. There is a full kitchenette, but no amenities (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) for cooking so if you can, bring some of your own or buy some at local grocery. The service was excellent, as the manager called me to confirm the time I was coming. He prepared our room with the heat turned on so we arrived to a warm apartment. He showed us how to use the TV and found English channels for us. The only negative was that we found leftover food from the previous guests still in the refrigerator and the food seemed old. They should clean out the fridge for the next guests. Otherwise, it was a great place and great value for money. Highly recommended.

A home far from your home

I had stayed in a 3 bedrooms flat for three nights. The flat is well decorated with open kitchen which is almost has every thing. Two air-conditions one in the main bedroom, has a private bathroom, and the other in the hall. Small rooms needs air-conditions and it must to have iron and ironing table. Owner Mr. İbrahim always on whats up to solve any issues. Good place to stay, recommended for families.

Hotel has good location. Quite and nature part of Bursa. Could be pretty far (1-2 km.) from shopping areas but this location has many hotel restaurants and bars if u wanna get more fun. Family business made more cousy this hotel than others. Medium budget and relax enough. Large and comfry rooms, families with children can be more happy this homy rooms.
