Nice and Cozy with Perfect Location!

This hotels is located in one of the best places of Kaleici. you can easily get to different attractions such as the Kaleici Marina or Hardrian's gate. Staff of the hotel are perfectly well-mannered and friendly. They do their best to help you if you are in need. I think breakfast can be much better and it needs to be improved in terms of variety.

The quality is the place!

There are allot of little negatives but the location beats them all. The little negatives include: Yellow stains on bedsheets, below the hotel is located the tourist ally which only dies out after 1 AM minimum, we booked a separate bathroom and indeed we got a separate bathroom OUTSIDE of the room, meaning we had to exit the room half naked to take a bath also the bathroom was always open so anyone could enter it....and people did, some more little ones but they are barely noticed. The positive: PRIME location, Cleaning bottles (shampoo, hand soap, shower gel and etc) slippers, daily cleaning, extremely friendly staff members, has a coffee and spa inside the hotel.

Amazing new hotel, delicious breakfast at very cute garden, a lot of choice of fruits and sweets. At first floor SPA and Beauty Center! House keeping is everyday and very quality! The personal know english well! Highly recommend ️️️

Nice room, but difficult to find.

Everything was nice and everyone was super friendly and helpful. But what we really dislike was how we could not find the hotel after going a couple of rounds around the area. And it was because they still have not put up a sign with the new name in front of the hotel. Though I had emailed the hotel about its location before, the hotel'a old sign was in the alley-like wall inside the gate (very difficult to spot!) Plus, there are three locations of the hotel under the same name. So beware when you ask for directions. Also, there was parking but at another location which was kinda far for us first-timers to the area. They had some sort of a valet service to bring our car around - so it's ok.
