We rented the villa through Imagine Villas who were exceptionally helpful before and during our stay with very quick responses to all our questions. The villa is ultra modern with good sized bathrooms and furniture is contemporary and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool area decent size. We paid for the pool to be heated as it was too cold in December. The villa has views to the sea in the distance but overlooks some scrubland across to another development. It is quiet but bear in mind we were there in lockdown. The villa is 5 minutes walk to nearest shops and the water park is 2 mins away so could be noisy when shows are on.. closed whilst we were there. To the front of the estate and to the sides there are new villas being built - most of Cyprus seems to be a building site. We didn’t hear any noise but it will be a couple of years before the area is fully finished and will look pretty amazing.
