Great location, spotlessly clean !

We have stayed a few times here, 5 min walk to the square, quite location . George on reception, is lovely and helpful . We got home today and George called as my partner left a shirt in the wardrobe . Great spot , also has a kitchen area so you can cook if you fancied too... fridge , hairdryer . Super spot ! Till next time ....or till I come to pick up my partners shirt lol

Good location, bad hotel

The room we got was not the same as in the photos we saw. The room was a third of the area we were promised and when we entered everything smelled like puke. The air coming from the a/c smelled like puke as well. The big beds that were promissed to us were also not as big as we expected and this was a big dissapointment as well. The shower also had the habit to go from ice cold to steaming hot which caused my friend to hurt himself. When we instantly made a complaint about the horrendous scent in the room, the receptionist came over and simply told us he didn't think it smelled that bad. The location is alright since it it is close to the bars/restaurants/beach but that is all what is positive about this hotel. Summarizing the staff barely understands english and to top it off it was mandatory to make a copy of our passports which is weird since this is not an ordinary practice and maybe even illegal. Also there are no sockets next to the bed which requires you to charge your phone at the otherside of the room which is inconvienent to say the least. I am not the person to complain a lot but the bad experience at this hotel forced me to write a review. This so other potential custommers will think twice about falling in the same trap as we did. To conclude I would not recommend anyone to book even ONE night at this "hotel", pay a little bit more and you will have a way better time somewhere else. (the curtains also had a conspicious stain see photo)

Easy check-in, clean apartment

We stayed only 1 night at this place but everything was ok. The apartment was big enough and clean and it has everything you may need, however, the kitchen utensils felt very cheap. The bathroom was nice, but a bit small. Good mattresses and pillows.

Stayed here with my partner... we actually live in paphos but had family coming on holiday to Ayia napa so needed somewhere to stay just for one night. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. €45 per night was paid and the room is ultra modern, stylish and beautifully clean. Air conditioning make it very cool and blackout blinds means that the room is pitch black at night. It’s very central to the bars and restaurants of napa, but far enough away so that there’s absolutely no noise at night times ! We will definitely be returning, I can’t fault it

Appartments are new and modern. They have reception working 24/7. 5 min walk you have supermarket and bus station. Wifi is very good. Centar of the city is 7 min away. Nissi beach is 4 km distance. You have kitchen equipt one. All recomendations.

Excellent location and room standard

Only stayed one night, but standard of rooms was excellent. Aircon good standard. Walk to centre of Ayia Napa easy, but uphill coming back. As we are in our 70’s we had a taxi back for 10 euro. George on reception was very friendly and helpful
